The space
This apartment was newly renovated in spring and awaits you with a fresh and modern design.
The location is very good:
Between Lake Wörthersee and Lake Klopein, Grafenstein is idyllically embedded in nature. The holiday apartment is located directly at the Melcherhof, a sanctuary for farm animals. Lots of greenery and forest surround the property. In just a few minutes you can reach the capital of Carinthia, Klagenfurt.
You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.
The apartment has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and two cozy seating areas with 50 inch Smart TV.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180x200cm) and enough shelves for your clothes and luggage. In the children’s room there are two single beds (80x200cm) and a chest of drawers.
The theme “LAMA” runs through the entire apartment. At the Melcherhof, Lama Konstantin lives with the sheep herd and feels very comfortable there.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well as two separate sinks and plenty of counter space. The toilet is separate with a small sink.
Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo.
